Requirements for acceptance to our program:

1.    Must pass the background check please go to www.studentcx.com  and click on Agape Angelicum School of Nursing Arts.

2.    Negative TB/PPD Test (2 step) , physical Exam (please request form for Health declaration) and immunization records must be submitted Prior to acceptance.

4.  Must be able to Read and Speak English and serious in following requirements of the Nurse Aide Training program. (English as a second Language need to pass the first 2 chapter exams. Please buy textbook  workbook  in advance to study

5. American Heart Association Basic Life Support For health Care Professional

(This can be scheduled and taken in school for a fee of $60.00+ $15.00 for personal CPR mask)
